Hypercrunch: data analysis in hyperspectral remote sensing

Objectives:

  • Improve data extraction from hyperspectral datacubes
  • Determine and quantify biophysical parameters related to foliage vigor
  • Find correlations between reflectance and stress, vitality (orchards, apple trees) by using VI and red edge methodology
  • Upscale results from leaf ? canopy ? airborne level
