The registration fee includes
- Access to all (scientific) sessions
- Book of Abstracts
- A volume of Acta Horticulturae with papers of all contributions
- Welcome reception
- Morning and afternoon coffee/tea and lunches

The fee does not include evening meals and accommodation.
There will be no refund for services that have not been used.
Conference dinner
A conference dinner will be organised on Tuesday night.
Payment
Registration fees should be paid in advance by
direct bank transfer using this form.
Subscription to the symposium is valid only when registration fee is
received by the organisation.
A confirmation of registration/acknowledgement of receipt of payment
will be sent to each applicant.
Registration and Payment
The reception and information desk will be open on Sunday from 17h-19h
at Novotel and on Monday morning at symposium venue.
Cancellation
Written cancellations received before Jan 31, 2009 are eligible for
a 75% refund.
