Accommodation

Hotel Novotel is located near the centre of Leuven. Interesting cities like Bruges and Antwerp are at a short distance.

Please notice that the cost for accomodation is not included in the registration fee.

A limited number of rooms is reserved at Hotel Novotel.

The price is 95€ per person per night (including breakfast & including transport to and from the symposium).
Participants will have to book their own room by phone or email and mention that the reservation concerns the ISHS symposium.

The reception and information desk will be open on Sunday from 17.00 till 20.00 and on Monday from 8.00 till 9.00. On-site registration is possible at the reception and information desk.

Reservation of the accomodation has to be done directly by the participants.
